Cleveland Power of Sport Summit is committed to providing a welcoming, safe, and accessible environment for all attendees.

The Summit continues to be planned as a socially distant event with both in-person and virtual components. The health of our attendees is our utmost priority and comprehensive COVID-19 protocols including wearing masks and practicing social distancing will be enforced throughout the event. Our team and partners are in close communication with local health officials and continue to be flexible and respond to changes that may be necessitated.

Masks will be required at all times. Acceptable masks include double layered cloth masks, surgical masks, dust masks, and N95 masks without vents. Masks that will not be accepted include bandanas, gaiters, sheer masks, or masks with valves.

The following health and safety protocols will also be in place:
•   Social distancing will be encouraged throughout the venue and all queuing locations
•   No bags allowed to speed up and prevent overcrowding during ballpark entry – exceptions for medical bags, diaper bags and clutch purses no larger than 9”x5”x2”
•   Mobile entry and digital on-site registration
•   Food and beverage consumption will be confined to a designated eating area, where attendees who purchase food from the concessions may temporarily remove their masks to eat while seated
•   Cashless transactions encouraged at all food locations
•   Increased hand sanitization stations around the ballpark
•   Signage throughout the ballpark to remind fans of ballpark health guidelines

Progressive Field complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). All restrooms, which are located frequently throughout the venue, are ADA accessible. Attendees will be able to use the elevators, which are located near the activities taking place during the event. A limited number of wheelchairs will also be available upon request.

In The Equality Lounge, all in-person panels will feature an American Sign Language interpreter and all virtual panels will include the option of closed captioning.

A limited number of sensory kits will also be available upon request. Attendees will be asked to provide a photo ID to check out a kit.
